Natalie founded Centurion after enjoying a successful twenty-year career in various avenues of the entertainment industry including: acting, talent representation, casting, and stage/film production. Her background in casting and personal management has made Natalie an expert in the areas of contract negotiations and labor relations. Natalie is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Centurion. Her management team and strategic business partners are experts in development, production finance, marketing, advertising, and promotions; additionally, all have strong backgrounds in both the television and film industries.After years of successful productions, Natalie established her own personal management company, Ne'j Management. Over time Ne'j played an important role in fostering the careers of several young actors, including, but not limited to: Shawn H. Smith (Kangaroo Jack, Boomtown), Lee Whyms III (Parent Hood, The Jamie Foxx Show, Nelly's Bodega, Next Time), Cedric Terrell (Dangerous Minds), and Tico Wells (Five Heartbeats). Natalie's natural gift for spotting talent motivated her to form 2 Guys Casting - a casting agency based in Los Angeles, California. She specialized in assisting other casting directors with hard-to-find actors, and in supplying major films and television shows with minority actors, children, and last minute casting requirements from her registry. In her career as a casting agent she has worked with Monica Cooper (The Parkers, The Steve Harvey Show, Moesha), Bill Dance (Beyond Belief, The Grinch), Central Casting via Academy Kids aka Kidz Background (Cousin Skeeter, The Jamie Foxx Show, Two of a Kind, ER), and Christopher Gray Casting (The Wood, Trippin, Stuart Little). In addition to running and producing projects for Centurion, Natalie, on occasion, will lend her other talents to special projects. As a casting director, Natalie recently cast the film short The Club by Ian Foxx. She is in pre-production on another short film, Untitled Aliya Jackson Project. Natalie also takes personal pleasure in being a mentor to up-and-coming producers and writers as well as young executives who want to develop networking skills and get extra insight into the entertainment industry.
